Colette & Lola is an established cake shop in Indonesia, specialized in delivering a premium well-decorated cake. WIth the limited reach of the offline shops, the brand aims to reach more targeted audience to increase their sales through online channel.
To capture the right people, we specify the audience based on their income (Middle-upper), utilizing existing customer database, and retarget previous web visitors - among any other strategy. Then, we enhanced them with Ad creatives tailored to each of audiences interest.
Based on reporting data we gathered from their previous digital agency, we managed to give guaranteed performance in terms of number of sales.
